Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Introduction

Holy and Wealthy ("we," "us," "our," or "the Site") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits holyandwealthy.com or subscribes to our newsletter. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you regarding your information. By using this Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We are a Christian personal finance and stewardship platform. We are not a financial institution, and we do not process payments, store financial account information, or provide licensed financial services of any kind.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a small number of specific ways, and only when you choose to provide it.

Newsletter subscription. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is the only information required to subscribe.

Contact form submissions. If you reach out to us through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you choose to provide.

Automatically collected technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This information is used in aggregate for site performance and security purposes, and is not used to individually identify you unless required by law or necessary to protect the Site from abuse.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes in the future, for example through an advertising partnership, this policy will be updated in advance, and this section will clearly disclose what is being collected and by whom.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to send you our newsletter if you have subscribed, to respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form, to maintain, secure, and improve the functioning of the Site, and to understand, in aggregate and non-identifying terms, how our content is being read and used, so we can serve our readers better.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Subscriber and contact information is stored using Supabase, a secure database infrastructure provider, and newsletter emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional and marketing email delivery service. Both providers maintain their own security and data-handling practices, and we have selected them specifically for their reputable approach to data protection.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on Supabase for database hosting and storage, Resend for email delivery of our newsletter and transactional communications, and Vercel for website hosting and content delivery. Each of these providers has access only to the information necessary to perform their specific function, and each maintains its own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies if you wish to understand their data handling in further detail.

6. Cookies

The Site currently uses only essential, functional cookies necessary for basic operation, such as maintaining an administrator's login session. We do not currently use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

If we introduce analytics tools or advertising partnerships in the future, for example to support the Site through advertising revenue, we will update this policy in advance to disclose exactly what is collected, by whom, and what choices you have regarding it.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, you may contact us using the details below.

9. Data Retention

We retain subscriber and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or until you request that it be deleted, whichever comes first.

10. International Data Transfers

Holy and Wealthy is operated from Zambia and serves readers around the world, including in the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere. The third-party service providers we use may store or process information on servers located outside your country of residence. By using this Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that may differ from those in your own country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact us at editor@holyandwealthy.com. We aim to respond to all privacy-related inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
